Fax broadcast - opportunities and features
The following opportunities are available for fax broadcast:
- Sender time: There are 3 rates available for your broadcast: Express rate: your faxes are transfered immediately or on a desired date at highest priority. Day rate: your broadcast is executed by day. Night rate: at night you can benefit from cost effective broadcast conditions.
- Personalisation: No charging of individual header. No charging of individual fax-ID.
- No charging of a minmum lump-sum for individual addressing (mail merge).
- High quota of delivery: due to redialing and resent-service 4 times staggered redialing if the line is busy, optional resent-service, e.g. the next day.
- Check of fax doubles: Free check and elimination of fax doubles on request.
- Fax-Robinsonlist: At each broadcast your list of recipients is compared automatically with the so called fax Robinsonlist of the BITKOM. This list contains fax numbers, whose owner don`t wish to receive commercial faxes in general.
- Comparison blockling list: We are pleased to care and update your own fax blocking list.
- Deposit and care of your list of receivers on request.
- Exclusive internet access that enables you to transmit and start the messaging process at any time.
- Broadcast journal and statistics: After each broadcast you receive a detailed success report. It contains all the fields of your original receiver-list and in addition a detailed dispatch status with dispatch time or failure report to each individual address.
- Redirection-service: Faxes which couldn`t be transmitted sucessfully are transfered automatically for a second time on request.
- High-level technical security (emergency power supply, system redundancy, loop wiring systems to telephone switches)
- No temporal contract obligations, without basic fee, monthly fixum; You are only charged for successfully dispatched fax-pages.
