At every contact you can easily ask for the fax number and fax permission – this can be during an exposition, in customer magazines, mailings, print-catalouges, offers, after contract conclusion, during phone calls and so on.. Please consider a documentation (at best in written form). If necessary you have to verify when and of whom you got the agreement.

With the help of advertisments in other newsletters or on partner websites you can advice potential buyer to your website and encourage them to register in your e-mail list.

Receiver gives his written informed consent for reception of commercial e-mails or newsletter. Thereupon he receives an authentification e-mail, which confirms his registration. Finally he will be registrated in your list after giving a second informed consent, e.g. by a link.
