E-mail format:

The attachment offers almost no limits to fulfilling your wishes in design. Your attachments can be sent in every requested format. No matter whether you wish an order form in word doc format or informations on your products as jpg file: We send every format to yours customers.
Attachments in pdf format are popular. Every file can be converted into this format and nearly every recipient is able to open the file. The program Adobe Acrobat is a precondition in order to create pdf files. If you don`t have this program, we are glad to convert your document.
File size:
We recommend to restrict the file size to 100 KB. Files which are too large, possibly won`t be opened by the adresseee because of long loading time. Arriving e-mails could be deleted unopened. Provider like AOL or T-Online also doesn`t accept files larger than 2 MB. Your file size can be easily reduced by converting your document into pdf.
