Data submission E-Mail Broadcast

You can submit your data to GTC in one of several ways. Each delivery process is very easy to use.

Your e-mails (and faxes) can be submitted, managed and started via your systems at any time of the day or night! You will receive an exclusive Internet access for free, giving you flexible control of everything you sent out. No particular hard or software is required - a common internet access is sufficient!

How to use our service.
Here you get login data in order to test the process for free.

• via e-mail: Simply submit your data by e-mail to mailgtc.net.
  (e.g. your text template as a word or PDF document and the file with e-mail addresses as an Excel list).
• via FTP: we are glad to communicate your login data for transmission of your files (see above mentioned formats) via ftp. The processing is executed during our office hours or day and night automatically - in case of individual solutions.
• via paper documents: Does your text template only exist in paper form?
  Then simply fax it to +49 - 7 11-23 777 6 777.
  Your fax will come straight into our computer system as a file, which we can reuse as an attachment. We need the e-mail addresses as an electronic document (on disk or by e-mail), e.g. as an Excel list.

As all of our systems are developed in-house, there are numerous options for you. GTC would be delighted to work to your individual wishes. Therefore, if you have a special file format or very specific requirements, please give us a call. We would be happy to give you advice.
