GTC dispatch of documents: Data transmission
The following different connections are available in order to transfer your data:
Data transfer via internet:
Documents (fax or e-mail template) and transfer data (adressees, information in detail) can be transmitted via our enchrypted website. The transfer will be executed automatically by GTC data centre. The settings of transmission are user-friendly and available 24/7 for your employees.
Data transfer via FTP:
In case of an incident your created transfer data (detailed information of your document and adresses) will be transmitted automatically via FTP (or e-mail) to our system. The incoming data will be combined with your given template (your letterhead and standard text) and transmitted automatically to your pre-defined recipients (via e-mail or fax respectively). Of course for each broadcast an individual template can be used. The processing occurs automatically.
Finally you will receive a detailed journal for your postprocessing.
