GTC dispatch of documents: Replies on frequently asked questions
In the following we summed up and answered several questions, which have been asked in the past:
1. How long will it take to implement GTC dispatch of documents?
The implementation can be conducted via a standard connection, for example via an enchrypted website which is available immediately. In this case the leadtime is defined by your internal decisions (which type of transmission, design of your template etc.). We are also glad to implement individual solutions for you. The required time will be fixed upon agreement.
2. How easy can I use GTC dispatch of documents?
The processing depends on the type of connection. It is possible to activate the Belegversand by a few clicks or after occurence of an incident respectively.
3. How large will be the investment volume for GTC dispatch of documents?
There are no investments neccessary in order to use GTC Belegversand. Once connected to GTC, transmission is executed automatically. You are only charged for your orders. No investments, fix costs, maintenance charge or licence fee.
4. How secure is the transmission?
All external connections are checked regularly by an external supervision company (Acertigo). Data transmission is conducted via the GTC website, which is enchrypted by SSL. The broadcast systems of GTC are redundant and protected by
emergency power supply, in order to guarantee a faultlessly transmission as far as possible even in extreme situations.
5. Which legal requirements have to be complied?
In general all documents can be transmitted via fax and e-mail, without attending legal duties. Sole exceptions are documents like invoices: According to pre-tax allowance electronical invoices have to be provided with a digital signature.
6. How can the broadcast be checked?
After each broadcast you will receive a detailed journal. This simplifies your postprocessing. At a glance you can see which documents have been transmitted and the reason if not.
7. How does dispatch of documents look like?
We don`t change the layout of your document: Your given templates (e.g. letterhead and standard text) will be combined with your document data and finally transfered. So your CI can be retained.
