Your information has to be received by different adressees at the same time?
There are different solutions available. In the following we would like to give you a general overview:
Alarming via internet:
Via our enchrypted website faxes, e-mails and/or sms can be sent either to defined or new recipients.
All broadcast options are user-friendly and available for your employees day and night. GTC attends to the transmission.
Alarming via Fax:
In case of an incident you send a fax to a given fax number. Your telephone extension has been registrated before, in order to avoid false alarm by someone else. During reception of your fax at GTC, the information is transmitted automatically to your predefined recipients. In addition a sms including a fixed content can be sent out for example.
Alarming via ftp/e-mail:
In case of an incident you transfer a sample (or sms text) including all relevant information via ftp (also feasible via e-mail). Your data will be automatically transmitted via fax, e-mail or sms to your predefined recipients
Certainly an individual list of adressees can be transfered for every single incident.
After transmission you will receive a detailed journal, in order to guarantee an ideal postprocessing.
Your requirements are very strict? We are pleased to find an ideal solution. Due to our own development department individual applications are also feasible.
