GTC Alerting Service: Possibilities of Enhancement
First of all many information have to be transmitted one-way – but some agreements require a direct consultation with all concerned persons. Therefore GTC provides exclusive conference calls. You can bring your world-wide partners together at short notice. Even via mobile phone.
The participants receive a phone number and a so called conference hall number. The given phone number is called via a tone dial phone by the participants. Upon request the number of the conference hall has to be entered. That`s it. Immediately various participants can communicate with each other. Included are several features, for example live recording, mute function or disconnection of single participants.
The appointment and conference hall number can be transmitted in short notice via sms, e-mail or fax.
