Requirements for a good co-operation
A successful co-operation for both sides is very important to us. Experiences show that certain basic requirements are necessary.
Neither investments in hard or software nor special technical know-how are needed: good distribution skills and knowledge of the national market are enough.
You don’t have to pay any royalties - you only pay for sent messages, previous financial means aren’t necessary.
The following requirements are needed:
- Costumer orientation: the distribution of our services requires generally customer-oriented thinking
- Financial flexibility: even though there aren’t costs incurred like royalties, you nevertheless need adequate means for advertising and for setting up an appropriate infrastructure
- Back-office: an office with good accessibility and competent consulting is important for successful distribution activities. It should dispose of a telephone and internet connection, as well as ideally a fax machine.
- Technical affinity: the technology is completely provided and supervised by GTC. Anyway a technical basic understanding and routine in handling your pc and its standard programmes should be given.
- Distribution skills: you and your team should be familiar with distribution
- Industry knowledge: it´s useful, if you derive from the telecommunication or direct marketing sector
- Trader qualities: needed for building up a successful distribution in you country are: entrepreneurial thinking as well as self-employment, ambition, reliability and seriousness
- Your own company: an own already existing company would be advantageously, in order to enhance it with the distribution of GTC products
Rating of market potential
Next to your own possibilities and qualifications, it’s advisable to execute a local market analysis, to know whether or not it makes sense to build up a marketing relationship in your country. Following points should be clarified before:
Competition analysis: who offers an equal product e.g. fax-broadcasts? To which prices do they offer their products? What’s the difference between you and your competitors? What strengths and weaknesses do they have? Which capacity, i.e. how many faxes can they send per hour? etc. – we also summarized a little checklist for you
Market and potential analysis: analyse the local demand previously, considering possible target groups as well as the acceptance of the product
Legal situation: Fax- Email- and SMS-broadcasts are legal often strongly regimented. Clarify these features for your country and incorporate them in your market analysis.
You’re interested in a marketing relationship and you meet our needed requirements? The further process is described here: further procedure
